Culture centered Sex Therapy is collaborative, person and cultural centered while acknowledging structural and environmental impacts on sexual health and wellness. A primary goal of sex therapy is to support peoples overall sexual health, wellness, and satisfaction. Sex therapy is for individuals, couples, and various polygamous/non-monogamous relational structures seeking to improve their sex lives and relationships. Individual sex therapy focuses on 1) exploring sex, sexuality, gender, needs, wants, desires, 2) addressing challenging experiences, thoughts, feelings, beliefs about sex, sexuality, and gender, 3) enhancing sexual joy, pleasure, wellness, and satisfaction, and 4) learning techniques and practicing recommendations in home setting.
Couples+ sex therapy focuses on 1) strengthening and regaining intimacy, safety, joy, and pleasure, 2) enhancing passion, sensuality, vulnerability, and gentle communication, 3) exploring challenging sex related experiences and concerns, and 4) learning techniques and practicing recommendations in home setting. Couples+ includes traditional couples and polyamorous/CNM relationships.
(Coming soon) Groups will focus on sexual health wellness skills, education, and support groups focused on aspects of sex and sexuality, such as: Navigating polyamory & ethical non-monogamy, Exploring desire, intimacy, and sensuality, BDSM & Kink Safer Practices, Sex & Trauma, and other topics.
